At Solesvibe, we do everything we can to provide you with the best possible shipping service—no matter where you live. We deliver daily to hundreds of satisfied customers and strive for fast, reliable shipping.
Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, it takes 1–2 business days to process it—regardless of the shipping option you chose at checkout.
We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. (Example: if you order on Monday, your order is usually shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.)
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become visible. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
Delivery Times
Netherlands: 1–7 business days
Please note: these are estimated delivery times. Sometimes your order may arrive sooner, but it may also take a little longer—especially if the courier experiences delays. If you have not received your order after this period, please contact us at info@solesvibe.com with your order number so we can check it for you.
Shipping Costs
We offer free premium shipping, including insurance against loss, theft, or damage to your package.
Can I Track My Package?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service via solesvibe.com.
You can easily track your order using the tracking link in your email.
My Package Has Not Arrived Within the Expected Delivery Time. What Should I Do?
Please contact us within 21 days via info@solesvibe.com. We will investigate where your package is. If you contact us after 21 days, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we can still track the package.
I Entered the Wrong Address or Want to Cancel My Order. What Should I Do?
Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@solesvibe.com. We will check immediately if we can still modify or cancel your order.
My Product Arrived Damaged. What Now?
If your product is damaged or defective, you can have it replaced within 30 days. Email us at info@solesvibe.com with photos of the defect. Please note: replacement products are not eligible for exchange or a new claim
