Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day:

  • You or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the product, if you ordered a single item;
  • You or a third party receives the last item, if you ordered multiple products in one order that are delivered separately.

Please note: Any customs duties arising from a return are the responsibility of the customer. If these costs cannot be paid directly, they will be deducted from the refunded amount.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send a clear statement to info@solesvibe.com, including your order number and the reason for the return (optional).

You comply with the withdrawal period if you send your withdrawal request before the 30 days have expired.


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.


Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer an additional guarantee on top of the statutory withdrawal right:

  • For standard products: You have 30 days to try the product. Include clear before, during, and after photos for evaluation.
  • For serums: You have 60 days to reconsider. Include a before-and-after photo with a date/time stamp for evaluation.

Please note: Our guarantee does not cover products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.


Return Policy

To qualify for a refund, returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original, sealed condition;
  • You contacted our customer service within 30 days of receipt;
  • You follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Order Cancellation

  • Standard Shipping (7–12 business days): cancellations can be made within 24 hours.
  • Express Shipping (2 business days): cancellations can be made within 2 hours.

Shipping & Returns Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or insuring your package. We cannot accept liability for lost returns.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs (except if you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard option). Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may wait to refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that you have sent it back—whichever occurs first.

You must return the product within 30 days of withdrawal. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

If the product has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a reduction in value may be charged.

How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are usually processed within a week. During busy periods, this may take up to 30 days. Once your return is processed, the amount will automatically be refunded to your account.

Who pays customs duties or taxes for international returns?
Any customs duties or taxes on returns are always the responsibility of the buyer
